We want you to absolutely love your Blush Outlet pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free, transparent return policy in full compliance with UK Consumer Rights.

Our Policy:

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags intact.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@blushoutlet.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our support team will issue you a Return Authorization code and the designated UK return address within 24 hours.

  3. Drop your package off at any local post office or courier point. (Please keep your proof of postage!).

Refund Processing:

Once our quality control team receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.). Please allow 3-5 business days for banking networks to clear the funds.
